Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our flooring services.

1. Service Agreement

By contracting services from C WHITE FLOORING LTD or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Specific installation contracts, pricing, and project scopes will be outlined in separate signed estimates.

2. Flooring Deliverables

  • C WHITE FLOORING LTD provides professional flooring installation, materials, and subfloor preparation based on agreed-upon specifications.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and free of personal belongings in the installation areas prior to the scheduled start date.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be subject to change if unforeseen subfloor damage or structural issues are discovered after the removal of existing flooring.

4. Warranties & Liability

We warrant that our installation services are performed in compliance with industry standards. However, C WHITE FLOORING LTD is not liable for damages resulting from improper customer maintenance, water damage, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to the physical materials.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our installation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
